Commissions

I just joined the Affiliate Program, how much Revenue Share am I under?

Upon joining the Cloudbet Affiliate Program, your account will automatically be set to our default Revenue Share of 25% of Net Gaming Revenue.

How is Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) calculated?

NGR is defined as monthly gross gaming revenue (GGR) less deductions towards incentivizing customer retention, including, but not limited to, transaction and other administrative fees, bonuses, loyalty rewards, and game supplier costs.

Why is my account in a negative balance?

Winning players: Commission is earned from net gaming revenue. If a bet comes in, we also share the results. Your commission balance is impacted by both the losses and the wins.

Bonus rewards: Our VIP team may reward your players to generate a greater lifetime revenue. The cost of these bonuses will be shared between Cloudbet and affiliates so we can attract and retain high-value players, and help our affiliate partners generate higher lifetime earnings.

Does the negative balance carry over to the next month?

Yes – we do not reset negative balances, so these do carry over from month to month.

How much can I earn as an affiliate?

Cloudbet does not limit the amount of cryptocurrency an affiliate can earn. We aim to build win-win partnerships – the more players you refer and the more they play, the more you will earn.

Will player bonuses be deducted from my Revenue Share?

Affiliates will bear/share with Cloudbet the cost of all incentives and loyalty rewards to referred players. Our internal focus on retention efforts should raise the lifetime value of every player you refer, meaning higher long-term earnings for you.

What is a sub-affiliate?

How can I refer a sub-affiliate to Cloudbet?

How much commission do I earn from my sub-affiliates?

By default, you will earn 5% of your referred Affiliates Commission.

Why has my withdrawal been rejected?
