Your User Profile offers insights into your play style in one place.
You can view your user profile by accessing your settings. Your user profile is also viewable to others by default, but you can set it to private anytime.
User Profile at a glance
Basic information
Online status (not viewable on your own profile)
If online, the current game in play is shown.
If offline, the signup year or last game played is shown.
Total wagered: The total turnover amount from bets in sports and casino games.
Loyalty level: The current loyalty tier.
Loyalty rewards: The total amount of Cloudbet Rewards earned.
Top coin: The most used cryptocurrency.
Wager information
Casino wagered: The total turnover amount from bets in casino games.
Most played: The most played game category.
Favorite Studio: The most played casino studio.
Biggest Win: The biggest amount won on a particular bet.
Biggest Multiplier: The biggest multiplier applied to a bet that resulted in a win.
Games: The top 3 games with the highest turnover.
Referrals
The number of referrals. (This information is only available if you have referrals.)

View your own user profile
Select your profile icon.
Select My Profile.
View another user’s profile
You can view other users’ profiles from the Live Feed or Cloudbet Chat:
From Live Feed
On the casino game page (or in the casino lobby), scroll down to see Live Feed.
Select a username.
From Cloudbet Chat
In the lobby, select the chat icon.
Select a username on the chat.
Set your user profile to private
To set your user profile to private, turn on Ghost Mode:
In the lobby, select your profile icon.
Select Preferences.
For Ghost Mode, select On.
Select Enter Ghost Mode.
Your user profile will be invisible to others, and your username will be hidden from Live Feed.
Note: When enabled, Ghost Mode limits your interactions with others. For a better experience on Cloudbet, you're recommended to turn off Ghost Mode.
