I've lost access to my 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) - What should I do?

Find out what to do if you lose access to your 2FA device. Disable 2FA with your one-time recovery code.

If you lose access to your 2FA-enabled device, you can disable 2FA immediately by using the one-time recovery code supplied when the authentication was set up.

If the device is unavailable and you have not saved the recovery code, please contact customer support for help. Select ‘Live Chat’ from your Account menu, or email [email protected] using your registered email address.
