How do I self-exclude my account?

To block access to your Cloudbet account:

  1. On the main screen, select the profile icon, then select ‘Preferences’.

  2. Select ‘Learn more’ next to 'Responsible gambling'.

  3. Select ‘Cool off for 24 hours’.

  4. Select ‘Confirm’.

Once confirmed, you will immediately be logged out of your account, which will be blocked for the selected exclusion period. You cannot log back in or access any services until the period ends.

The entire account closure process is self-managed and must be completed online.

If you wish to exclude for longer periods, you may do so through the same instructions above once your current self-exclusion period has ended.
