Lottery Participation Agreement

The website ‘www.cloudbet.com’ is owned and operated by Halcyon Super Holdings BV (Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03, Curaçao) (hereinafter, “Cloudbet”, “we” or “us”).

The lottery participation agreement ("Agreement") is made between the participant ("Participant" or "you") and the lottery organizer, Cloudbet, for the lottery event associated with the PFL event on January 25th.

‍

By participating in the lottery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Lottery Event Details:
   1. Participants who place a bet with Cloudbet on the PFL’s ‘Road to Dubai Champions Series’ event of January 25th 2025 with a value of US$20 or more will automatically be entered into a lottery to win a pair of signed gloves. There is one pair of gloves to be won total.
2. Participation Requirements:
   1. Cloudbet largely accepts global customers, save for those located in certain restricted jurisdictions set out in clause 7.1.3 of Cloudbet’s Terms of Service.
   2. Participants must be of legal gambling age as per their jurisdiction to be eligible to participate in the lottery.
   3. Only bets with a value of US$20 or more placed on the specified PFL event will qualify for entry into the lottery.
   4. One bet with a value of US$20 or more will count as one entry. Any subsequent bets from the same user will not count as additional entries.
3. Prize and Conditions:
   1. The prize for the lottery event is a pair of signed gloves. Cloudbet reserves the right to change the prize at its discretion.
   2. The winner of the signed gloves will be selected at random from all valid entries.
   3. Cloudbet will notify the winners of the lottery via email. In the event that a selected winner does not respond to such email within 7 days, Cloudbet reserves the right to select another winner (whereupon the original selected winner’s participation and entitlement shall be voided).
4. General Terms and Conditions:
   1. Cloudbet reserves the right to modify or cancel the lottery event, and its terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
   2. Participation in the lottery implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   3. Cloudbet's decision on all matters related to the lottery event shall be final.
5. Miscellaneous:
   1. Cloudbet's general Terms of Service apply to the lottery promotion, including without limitation, the dispute resolution provisions
   2. Cloudbet reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any player to participate in the lottery, for any reason whatsoever without notice to the player. 
   3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Cloudbet be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with its participation in the lottery, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Cloudbet has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
